In 1991, a small group of dedicated volunteers interested in supporting the not-for-profit Hospice San Antonio formed Friends of Hospice San Antonio.
The purpose of Friends of Hospice is to educate members of the organization and the community about hospice services, to promote and publicize the hospice message through various community events and activities, and to raise funds in support of continuation and expansion of superior hospice services.
